If you are visiting Porthcawl for the first time, the most straight forward route is to leave the M4 at junction 37, signposted Pyle and Porthcawl following the A4229  and then the A4106 into the town using satnav CF36 3EP. 

Gilgal is located close to the town centre. Passing the central co-op on your left, take a right turn at the junction. Then take the second left. You will see Gilgal on your left after approximately 100m. 

Off-street parking close to the church is often difficult at weekends, but we do have a small car park for the use of the elderly and physically challenged.

There are usually parking spaces towards the school end of Park Avenue, alternatively there is parking for 2 hours at the  Co-op multi-story or the pay & display car park in Mary Street. You may also find parking spaces in Victoria Avenue, which runs parallel to Park Avenue.
